How to Use: Shake well and pump onto back of hand. Pick up a small amount of product with fingers or a complexion brush, and blend into skin. Apply at the center of the face and blend outwards, adding more product as needed.

Did not like the finish
Unfortunately all the negative reviews seem to be right. I just tried it on half of my face, I did not do a wear test because there’s no way I could go out with it on. It was so cakey and clung to my textured skin and pores and peach fuzz. It was hard to spread and reminded me of oil paint. It looked greasy on. It felt tacky and sticky and heavy on the skin. It provided good coverage but there was something off about the color. I believe there is mineral SPF in it because there was a white cast that comes through even with the pigment. It looked greyish and just left my skin looking dull. I used a foundation Brisbane loaded it correctly and it applied streaky so I went in with a beauty blender and it didn’t help. It might be worth trying if you have very smooth and dry but for myself and my textured combo skin it was terrible. It did cover my redness but everything else was bad. I have to return it.

There is nothing that I dislike about this. This is my kind of skin tint ;) Dewy but not overly dewy, just like the perfect dewy? I tried the “find my match” on their site and it kept telling me that I was 7c even after entering all of my other sling tints and foundations and it just looked too dark for me. I used ChatGPT and uploaded a pic and it recommended 5N which is what I purchased. PERFECT match! Definitely looks like I’m wearing nothing and honestly, that’s what you want for a skin tint. Some tint but not so much to where it looks like foundation. Idk why it took me so long to purchase because it’s better than the ILIA skin tint in the shade bom bom that I’d purchased and even better, the price point! This will be my new go to from now on ;)

This serum is amazing! The consistency is amazing, yes it leaves a dewy finish (because of the zinc spf) but it’s hydrating and medium coverage! I use it on top of another spf (because you’d need a large amount of the serum to get the spf 40 advertised) and it doesn’t pill. This serum is half the price of another serum sold at Sephora (ILIA), which is super greasy and light coverage. I’m super impressed with this serum and hope it actually is spf 40, even though I don’t use it as a stand alone spf.

Not great for dry skin.
I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately, it wasn’t my favorite. I have combination skin with a really oil forehead but dry skin around my cheeks. This looked super patchy on my dry skin areas. It also faded pretty quickly after applying. It did not give all day wear. Additionally, if covering redness is something you’re trying to do, especially around your nose, this is really bad for that. Within an hour of wear, the coverage around my nose was almost completely gone and the redness was super visible. It made my face look crazy because the rest was pale with just my red nose showing.

Not what I would call a skin tint...
I was very interested to try this given all the hype, clean formula, SPF etc. But the feel of this on my face was not pleasant at all. It felt tacky and sticky, and clung to the texture/pores on my face in an unflattering way. Happy it works for some folks, but for me was a hard pass. And as an aside, their shade match was WAY off from the website. I looked like a ghost
