Too much biotin
I took this daily vitamin for a year, every couple of weeks I would get cystic acne along my jawline or pustule acne in the center of my face. I had to recieve multiple cortisone injections from a dermatologist, we both thought it was hormonal acne. After doing research, I learned how some people are sensative to biotin and too much can cause serious acne. After stopping this product, my suffering has stopped and my skin has improved. This experience made me more aware and not as trusting of multivitamins.

I am so glad I did! These gummy vitamins have a pleasant berry taste and are not overly sweet. I really appreciate that they are low in carbs and sugar and that they have 100% or more of the daily recommended amounts of Vitamin D-3, E, B-6, and B-12. I will definitely be buying these again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality vitamin.

One never knows for sure the extent of positive impact of supplements, but the Supplement Facts per product label is impressive with multiple basic nutritional daily needs - nothing too off-the-wall that I had to research to find out what was in the vitamin. The flavor, consistency, & size of vitamin gummie were all fine. These features pale in importance to me versus the actual nutritional makeup of the vitamins. I would both recommend this product to others as well as purchase again myself. I have purchased other Vitafusion products in the past and have always been satisfied.

Nice berry flavor
