WOW! I cannot believe the price point of these. I have used a lot of different brands when it comes to mouth tape and they have all been $20+ for the same amount. Other brands left my skin and lips super irritated and red. Not these. My skin is super sensitive so I was nervous about the peptides and hyaluronic acid but WOW! It has actually helped my skin too?? These are great. Highly highly recommend

A Real Snore...
Used these on a family trip recently, was informed it does NOT reduce my snoring at all😬 Other than that, there's nothing really noticeable from using them. They're also too small for my mouth? Maybe it's just because of the how the patch is shaped, but it doesn't reach at all to cover the corners of my mouth, so there's little like air pockets in those areas & it feels a touch uncomfortable.

Very surprised!!
I saw mouth tape on the socials and was a bit skeptical. However, my aunt recently expressed how she was listening to me sleep and was concerned about my breathing. Additionally, I was experiencing some severe inflammation on the front of my upper gums only (which can be attributed to mouth breathing while sleeping). So I figured that I would give this a shot. It took a few nights for me to get used to wearing it all night, but once I was able to wear it all night, I am now sleeping better and the inflammation in my gums has not returned. I love that these are made from breathable cotton, has nourishing lip ingredients, has a tiny hole and is latex free, as I have a severe latex allergy. Plus, these are way less expensive than the competitors.

These stay put even with lotion on your skin. I have tried numerous other brands which fall off during the night. These stay put. If you don’t moisturize, these may be too harsh for skin, but these are a winner for me and affordable. So happy to find them!

Works very well
I have been taping my mouth at night for over 8 years and have been using transparent first aid tape. It works fine but I am taking a trip and hope to get some sleep on the plane, I thought the tape I normally use would be weird to use on the plane so I tried these. I’m very surprised. I like them a lot. Now I prefer these. I don’t like the little hole in the middle so I put a little piece of transparent tape over it. If I don’t cover the hole my lips get dry and I tend to still snore a little. They really should make it without the hole. Now, as seems to happen with every product I really like, I fear they will stop making it!

I was hoping these would be a great dupe for TSC. Unfortunately they’re so sticky they rip the skin off my lips leaving them dry and damaged. They also have slight chemical smell.
