I saw the promo for this item - watched a long YouTube demo video, and nothing it promises to do actually works. - didn't remove stains from grout - didn't remove mold from shower tile - didn't remove soap scum off shower door - didn't remove limescale deposits on faucets what did it do? Melted ice buildup in my freezer (ha-ha). That's about it. Returning this asap. What waste of time, effort and money. Do NOT buy!

I actually bought 2 of the steamers. I am very happy with the performance and versatility of this steamer. Have used in the kitchen, bath and on our vehicles. Also like the availability of replacement accessories. Would highly recommend..

I am 100% happy with my steamer. Great job on cleaning, especially bathroom mirrors. The reason the 4 star is I wasn’t happy to see the California warning sign.

I saw product on HSN. I like it all its features. It works great on my tile floors , bathrooms , and tubs. The accessories are well made and steamer is made very well.

After seeing on shopping network and why I bought this streamer, I tried cleaning my glass shower door and tile grout. Wasn't happy at all with the results. Looked the same. When I called cs to see if maybe I didn't work the steamer correctly, even more unsatisfied. The rep basically said, if I wasn't happy to return it. Didn't dig into asking questions.

This device worked perfectly to steam clean my beds, furniture, and carpet after a bed bug scare. No bedbugs since!

Overall, I am very pleased with the way this unit works. It makes cleaning a lot easier. I think this unit could be improved by adding a sight glass to see how much water is remaining in the tank and/or an automatic shut off if the unit needs more water.

Portable and convenient

This is a great overall tool. My house is over 70 years old. It cleaned up everything in the bathrooms, tile, floor, hardware toilets. I even used the floor steamer on the ceilings in the bathrooms...WOW!. Just got back from a trip...Steamed my suit, no wrinkles! The A/C air return register, car rims, and Calphalon cookware. Took care of those burnt oil stains around the handles! Works great on everything in the kitchen from: sink, faucets, backslash, floor etc. When in doubt, just steam it out!!!

Never owned or used a steamer machine before. Purchased this Wagner to use it for removing wallpaper. Have to say that the job went very well compared to my first room that I had to remove wallpaper using chemical stripper. over all I am pleased with the machine. I had only a couple small issues. When I shutdown the machine to take a break I decided to fill the tank with water but did not know how much to put in since there was some water still in it. The other issue was the screws that hold the wallpaper attachment handle fell out. The other screws were also about to fall out. Took screw driver and tighten them all. Other than that my experience with the machine was good. Going to use it on other projects to clean with.

This steamer, for its size, is just amazing. First I used it to clean the grout on my bathroom floors….oh my what an awesome job it did! It was a time consuming job but the results were well with the time it took. The grout is now back to its original light color. Then I went to the shower and once again it did an amazing job. Next chore was to clean the sliding glass door tracks. Those are never easy to clean but this steamer tackled it with ease! I then tried it on my oven door and a couple of frying pans with burned on gunk on the bottoms. Unfortunately, the steamer did not perform well on these two items at all and they really weren’t that dirty to begin with. As soon as it stops raining for the season I’m looking forward to trying it on my windows both inside and out. I do wish it had a longer electrical cord to avoid having to plug and unplug as I move along. Other than that, I am so happy with this little steamer….I’m sure I will find many other uses for it as time goes on!

This is my second steamer (1st Wagner). Plenty of steam, nice size water tank and excellent results. The one draw back I see, is the short cord. Machine needs a longer cord, to reach more places without replugging. Once you start cleaning, you find so much more than your original project and you run out of cord length.

Very recent purchased. Easy to set up and run. First use on shower tiles/grout. Did a good job. Second use on gas grill grates. Disappointed with results. Used the small brass brush and the jet nozzle. Brass brush wore down immediately. Jet nozzle produced small results. I thought the steamer would cut right through the built up grime. Maybe the grates were way too dirty and needed pretreatment first.

Very helpful for cleaning our carpets, upholstery, and hardwood floor. we were going to get two different devices but this one does all that we need

Great steam tool to use, a Major pain in the rear to store or refill, since the hose is connected to the main unit. refill means hauling it all back to the sink (BOO) Storing it is next to impossible as the hose is unmanagable and has a mind of its own.

Got this about 2 months ago. Have cleaned walls, Shower glass, tile floors. WOW what a difference. Does a great job on grout. Glad I got it and will be using it a lot. Well worth the money. Wish I had gotten it sooner. Can't wait to use it on cars.

Handy little machine, use it for cleaning bed linens, windows, and bathtub soap rings.

I have owned several steam cleaners in my lifetime but this Wagner puts the others to shame. This unit is awesome, easy to use and it does it all. Thanks for such a great product.
