Q: Can you use the walking pad on carpet?

A: Hi Her, Thanks for reaching out. You can use carpet or rubber pad or treadmill mat or just put the treadmill on the floor as long as make sure the treadmill can dissipate heat properly, for example: the feather of the carpet does not pass through the heat dissipation holes under the treadmill, and the treadmill is kept at a certain distance from the ground to ensure normal heat dissipation.

Very simple

This product works perfectly

Love it
I'm extraordinarily impressed with this walking pad so far. It's light and relatively silent. Its slim profile is great because, let's face it, treadmills and walking platforms are usually ugly, while this one is visually appealing.

Absolutely love this item
I use this treadmill in my office. It's truly ideal for moving to the side when not in use, and I enjoy walking on it all day. I've significantly increased my step count since acquiring this treadmill. It comes highly recommended by me! I am absolutely in love with it!
