A: I have done this and it works. As long as you are careful and dont tilt your head all the way down (dont lay down) nothing drips in your ear and it prevents wax from going deeper.

In fact, the technique can actually push earwax deeper into the ear canal. Ear candling can also lead to: Deposits of candle wax in the ear canal Burns to the face, hair, scalp, ear canal, eardrum and middle ear Puncture of the eardrum If you develop an earwax blockage, avoid ear candling. This product does not work ….what you are seeing that you believe is earwax is actually just the burnt beeswax and paper. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have ear wax float out of your ear lol

I get dizzy when the least bit of wax that gets accoumulated. After a bad experience with a Dr. I tried the ear wax candles and I was very impressed. Helps me out a lot and I can do it whenever I feel I need to. Great product

These do NOT work!! I used to think it was ‘so amazing’ that your ear could remove so much wax with these! I mean you literally unwrap it to see all your disgusting earwax right!? Don’t be fooled tho! My daughter had bad earwax I had a hard time removing without getting too close to the ear drum. So I figured why not try these!! I used my otoscope to look at her ear before and after using this. The earwax in her ear looked the EXACT same with the otoscope after using one of these. :( There’s a reason they use yellow tinted cotton muslin and beeswax…so it melts down to look like your earwax. Such a bummer because I was so hopeful!!

Omg!!!! This works!!! I did it twice in each ear, you may cut a hole in a paper plate and place it around the candle to keep the ash from falling, draw a line with a marker around the 4 inch mark from the base of the candle so you know where to stop, lay on your side and light it and watch with a mirror to see when it is done, cut both ends and then down the middle to see what is inside! I got so much wax out! One piece was the size of my finger! I can actually hear now!

I feel like these did work on my husband. He gets bad wax but never cleans hid ears. I’ve started doing it. I use an ear rinse and like 20 q tips on one ear. The candles brought out about 90% of the wax. What was left was drawn to the surface of his ear. I think these could work great if you have a lot of build up and continue to do these on a regular basis. However I do feel they are dangerous
