Q: 2 Q's: I don't mean to be indelicate, but would anyone recommend this for *adult* uses- i.e. to throw on top of sheets to prevent messes? Is the soft top absorb or not? Thanks!

A: I've used this during adult activities and it's worked better than anything else! Very soft and comfortable, easy to remove & go straight to sleep after.

Q: Is this machine washable?

A: Tag says machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Have not tested yet but the materials are mostly polyester.

Received a defective item at first but Target was quick to replace it and I love it. It’s worth the price because it stays in place. Is soft. And most importantly I don’t have to rip my sons bed apart every time he has an accident. Great for when my kids are sick as well.

We’ve gone through so many different mattress protectors that work like a fitted sheet and after about the 3rd time washing they stop working and start leaking. With a potty training toddler you’re going to have more than 3 accidents. This is the ONLY product we’ve gotten that actually keeps working. Our current one we’ve had for 2 years & still works great after being washed a million times. For a while these were out of stock but now I’m buying 2 more for my other kids beds! Only downfall is they do move some while the kid is sleeping being that it is just a pad that lays on the bed but there’s really no way around that

Well I actually didn’t get these for what there intended for (one was used for brother after) but they saved me and made my daughter more comfortable while she was throwing up in her sleep …. I had nothing and towels don’t cut it so after doing 2 washes I ran to target to get these after seeing them 3 months ago and now there only 3 left so maybe there not restocking ? ….

I like the idea of adding another layer of mattress protection for young kids but my 3 year old could just not get over how hot this pad made him in bed. I wish it was a Jersey material or something cooling.

This pad did everything I needed it to. My toddler occasionally has nighttime accidents. This pad saved his mattress and sheets leaving us with more time to catch some much needed REM. It’s large and fills up much of the area on a twin size bed, it’s soft and doesn’t make a sound like other mattress covers.

These are a lifesaver. I discovered them a year ago when my newborn had horrible reflux. She’s 18 months now and we have two we rotate through. They are super handy when she’s sick or her diaper leaks overnight. It covers her crib mattress completely. I’ve always washed it on a ‘waterproof’ cycle and minimal drying and have zero issues with it not working.

Love that I can move this to the bed or couch without it being a complete sheet for the bed. It was the perfect size for a crib and now twin size mattress. Easy to wash it, it never harbored bad smell and it would dry great in the dryer without damaging it, although sometimes I would air dry it. Definitely recommend and even purchased it as a baby shower gift.

So- everyone is complaining about the size on the back of the package being wrong… um… it’s showing you what THIS SIZE PAD will look like on various size beds- like it will cover sideways on a crib/ toddler size mattress- and only cover a little area on a queen size bed?!! DUH!
