Love that now we can find them locally and WaterWipes have become part of our family we have them on the go always. I use them to refresh my face after a long day of errands. My kids still Use them in the restroom and for their daily face refresh. Highly recommend! My husband carries a pack to refresh as well after work before getting off for quick errands. No irritation from them and we all have different types of skin.

We’ve been longtime fans of WaterWipes and always felt they were worth the higher price because of how pure and gentle they were. Unfortunately, the new version is a letdown. Despite the claim that they’re “2x stronger, thicker, and softer,” they feel more like any other standard baby wipe now. While the packaging and marketing suggest an upgrade, the actual wipes feel noticeably different—in a not-so-good way. They seem less pure and more like standard baby wipes you’d find from any average brand. The texture is rougher and it doesn't have the same clean feel. It’s disappointing, especially since we never minded paying more for the original quality that stood out from the rest. With the new version feeling so similar to other mainstream wipes, we’re seriously questioning whether it’s worth the extra cost anymore. It's frustrating when a company changes a product that many parents have come to rely on for its uniqueness.

Due to its size, it’s very useful, for me, to leave in the van for my kids’ diaper changes, and potty time. Also, I’ve used it for certain messes such as my kids’ cup holders as it gets dirty and sticky frequently. Lastly, I appreciate that it’s mostly water. No chemicals. Thank you again.

We’ve been using these wipes since our twins were 2 weeks old with no issue, however in the last few weeks, we’ve noticed a packaging & product difference. The wipes are thicker which is awesome, but the formula must’ve changed too because our daughter has developed a gnarly rash & this is the only thing that’s changed in our routine. Her brother is fine, so we’re thinking this reformulation just might not agree with babies with very sensitive skin. Ultimately, I still recommend them because they are great wipes, they just no longer work for both of our babies & we’ll need to find new wipes that do.
