You all can't be serious. An ELEVEN OUNCE bottle of this brand of vanilla extract is $15. You all are charging $10.99 for TWO OUNCES?!? Either you all mistakenly priced this OR you are price gauging. Either way: You have missed the TARGET.

Watkins has created an OUTSTANDING vanilla extract that enables creative kitchen types the ability to give just about anything that can be flavored a delectable, straight-from-the-bean delight. One of my favorites is the addition of this vanilla extract to plain, nonfat yogurt (with a dash of xylitol) for a scrumptious, healthy version of the typical vanilla yogurt that would otherwise leave you with a sour, lemony aftertaste. It’s just the BEST!

It works - but its no McCormick.
If you’re Not comparing side by side it does have a good vanilla scent; side by side it does still have that vanilla smell but you realize it’s not a “true” vanilla. It’s far less potent and almost sweeter smelling, it does get the job done, but you need far more and isn’t quite what I want for my cookies. It doesn’t leave that classic lingering “fresh baked” scent. I WILL NOTE, I also bought Good & Gather’s brand, and haven’t tried it yet, but G&G smells very alcoholy in comparison to both this or McCormick.

Ok in a pinch
I used this for pancakes, cake and cookies and I wasn't impressed. This product isn't as good as McCormick but is ok in a pinch. Im surprised by all the raving reviews, maybe I got a bad batch. I may try again but from my 2oz bottle, this is not the best.

I was so nervous to try a new vanilla flavor since I’ve only used the same one forever, but when I literally could not find any for weeks I had no choice. I’m so glad I tried this! It’s amazing! The flavor is so much better than the other brand I was using (McC’s). I feel like I have to use less too. I will never go back to the other brand.
