West & Arrow 9" Rain Cloud Light

Bought one, brought it home, a tab was broken off the lid. Tried to plug it in anyway, didn't turn on. Took it back, exchanged it for the only other one on the shelf. Took the new one home, looked in tact, plugged it in. Again dosn't work. Also had some nasty brown gunk flakes on the underside of the unit. In sum very frustrating. We are going to find a different brand to try. Would not recommend this one.

Love this little lamp! The motor isn’t loud at all, it’s peaceful listening to the “rain”

I was really disappointed with this raincloud lamp. The motor is much louder than the actual water/raindrop sound, and instead of being soothing, it’s distracting. I bought it specifically to fall asleep to the sound of water, but the mechanical humming completely overpowers the rain effect. The noise level is a deal breaker. That said, the LED lighting is beautiful. The colors are soft, calming, and visually it creates a lovely raindrop effect. If the motor were quieter, it would have been perfect. ***Before I was done writing this review the lamp stopped working *** Unfortunately, I’ll be returning it.

Can’t take it apart and pump stopped working- trash

I am pretty sad and disappointed. For someone who has trouble sleeping and love the sound of water, the pump or motor was the loudest part of the machine. I thought maybe I put too much water in it so I started over and it still made the loud sound. The water splashed out of the top so I had to have a towel under it. Unfortunately, I will be taking this back. I was so excited and hopeful that this would be worth the sale price.

Colors are pretty but the machine sounds nothing like real rain. The drops are slow and hardly work. Also the rain drops get every but inside the bin. It makes a huge mess and doesn’t work as intended. DO NOT waste your money!!!!

Don’t waste your money the rain barely comes out. There is no sound. The only pretty thing is the colors so if you want something that makes rain noise just get a sound machine. Don’t waste your money, please.

Leaks yellow liquid all over the place! And you can’t even take it a part to fix it. DONT BUY

Leaked everywhere after having it for like two weeks. The first two weeks it worked great. I loved the lights, and the rain noise it makes as the water drips. However the last two nights water has leaked all over my night stand.

I keep this little rain lamp in my desk as a school nurse. My students, graded K-8, love its soothing lights and sounds. I’ve had no issues with sound or leaking.

I am SOOO disappointed! I was so excited for this thing, however, you cannot adjust the rain amount/speed. It’s either heavy rain or no rain, and the heavy rain sound annoys me. I just wanted it to trickle and it will NOT do that! I will be returning this asap!

really pretty and sounds nice. but it leaks water everywhere. contemplating returning it because as pretty as it is, it’s not worth the mess. good thing my furniture was cheap because it’s ruined

The product didn’t produce any of the rain effect at all. All it did was make a noise and that was it. Tried it for over 30 mins. The pump is faulty or something. Cheap pile of junk.
