Packaging was good, and my sensitive eyes did not react badly to it! Definitely get the strong makeup remover because it’s a tough one to get off being waterproof. Wet n Wild is great for the money. I'd say it has a decent amount in there as well, and it lasted through my watery eyes when I put contacts on. Pretty good quality for what they sell it for

It glided on so easily, but taking it off was an entirely different story. It took a lot of effort to remove. Plus, I'm positive it's hypoallergenic because the way makeup makes me break out is criminal, but this I had no problems with.
