I love the cool look of this coffee maker and the coffee tastes great. It's only a few weeks old though, and there is a little chip off the base....

This is the least amount of plastic I could find …and the coffee is great. Most drip coffee makers are entirely plastic. I prefer stainless and glass parts. Hot water and plastic are toxic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Willow Kitchen Artisan Brew Review I have now been using the Willow for just over a month. Prior to using the Willow, I made my coffee each morning exclusively making a manual pour-over. Needless to say, I was quite skeptical about the idea of trying an automatic coffee maker. To my surprise, however, the Willow has worked surprising well. Several times now, I have used the Willow while also making a manual pour-over side by side to compare the result. Each time, the taste of the coffee was virtually indistinguishable. The clear difference was, with the Willow, once I added the coffee and water, I was finished. I could go about my morning getting ready for work, and in just a couple of minutes, there is a great cup of coffee waiting. In addition to the quality of the cup of coffee that it produces, the Willow is also incredibly easy to keep clean. A drawback to many automatic coffee makers is that they get a bit wanky after a bit and they are tough to keep clean. With the Willow, merely give the pot a rinse with hot water after each use, rinse the filter out and you are finished. No coffee ever touches the machine, so it stays nice and clean. If there is one suggestion that I could make, it would be to offer the same set up, but in a smaller size. Not unlike making a manual pour-over, I found that when I tried to make a larger amount of coffee, it didn’t produce quite the same quality cup of coffee. Whereas most serious coffee drinkers would likely opt to make one cup at a time for that reason, perhaps a machine taking up less real estate on the counter would be nice. But with that said, two thumbs up for the Willow and it is now our go-to way to make coffee every morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOOOOOVVVEEE this pour over coffee maker. It's truly the prettiest coffee maker I've ever seen! My husband drinks a ton of hot coffee throughout the day and I drink hot coffee in the morning but switch to iced coffee in the afternoon so we were able to test both settings. This is their eco-friendly series, the plastic parts are made from 99% PC recycled plastics and they include a paper filter clip, but it's super easy to just use the included metal filter. It makes up to 10 cups of coffee, it's very easy to adjust the strength to taste by adding more or less coffee grounds to the filter. It's got a rapid boil time that's faster than my old regular coffee maker that's been thrown away. It's got an even pour blooming technology that makes the coffee taste better, imo. It's very easy to clean! The removable parts are super easy to clean with dish soap and water. You just run clean water through the non removable parts. This would be a perfect gift for a cold or hot coffee lover that loves the environment and pretty things.

The machine itself isn’t huge and stores away nicely. Cleaning is simple since not a lot of parts and it’s eco friendly. It’s quick, efficient, and makes excellent coffee without any of the hassle. Highly recommend for any coffee lovers. This machine even has a cold brew setting which is amazing! It gives me the flavor of pour-over coffee without the effort, and it’s perfect for both hot and iced coffee which is a huge plus for me.

The brewing is kinda hard because you have to find the perfect ratio so it does not taste too watery. The one thing that is hard to clean is the glass because of the shape.
