Can you replace?
The couch was for my daughter for her college apartment. It sat in our garage for 3 weeks until we moved it up to school and unloaded it. When we put it together ... one arm had a gauge in it. All we need is a left side arm to fix it since It had to be assembled. Can you send us a new one? If yes, I will resubmit review because we liked it.

Great staging couch
It’s a decent cheap couch. I primarily used it for staging purposes. It’s seriously a firm couch but was in 4 parts and needed two people to put together. It did have a chemical smell but I put in my garage for a day with a fan on it and was fine. Again, it’s inexpensive so don’t expect a top of the line couch but definitely serves its purpose.

Bought this in a pinch after reading less than desirable reviews. Was very concerned on the material, quality, size etc but to my surprise it's perfectly fine? Not sure what these bad reviews are about. It's the right size for my small apartment + sturdy enough. obviously, don't plop onto the couch with all your might since the legs are made of plastic "wood". Material is velvety, pillow is quite plush though the seats are definitely firm but I prefer that anyway. My partner who is 6 ft tall fits the couch laying down + when sat upright. You'd definitely want a footstool or a coffee table to put your legs on for comfort. Main complaint is the colour.. it's a greenish grey in real life, not like in the photos. Delivery took longer than expected too. Overall, Solid purchase if you're on a budget!

This sofa is such a great deal for the price. The rich brown color is much more beautiful than the picture shows it to be. Since I had no help, I did struggle, as a near 70 yo senior to put the arms on, but that’s to be expected. The end result is well worth the work. I’m very happy with it. It matches my decor so well.

I have an elderly cat that has taken to spraying furniture in his old age. We just opened the box and set up the new sofa. One leg broken, seats had spots on them, uncomfortable and way over priced for the quality of this sofa. I strongly advise anyone that is thinking about buying this sofa to hold off! I can't give a positive review.

I Love It
I love my couch! It’s definitely firm so if you don’t like that this is NOT the couch for you. Simple. Easy to put together. Although, if possible you may want to use some extra hands to snap everything in place. The legs are screw in. But don’t necessarily screw to the tightest point possible. But maybe it’s not designed to do that for a reason. Who knows. I sit on this couch for hours (when possible lol). No complaints here. You get what you pay for. And I think it’s priced perfectly.

I think this little couch is perfect for small apartments, especially those with a winding staircase that are hard to get furniture in and out of. It was easy to assemble and doesn’t weigh a lot. I wouldn’t recommend for long-term use but it is good for providing extra seating. I decorated it (to make it pop) with pillows I found on target.com.
