A: Hello! Our non-stick cooling grid is not oven safe. It is meant to only be used as a cooling grid. We do have a chrome-plated cooling grid that would be oven safe.

Not for baking cookies
Bought these to bake cookies and I didn’t like it at all. First I didn’t notice the one I bought had a dent in one side. The side with the dent makes noise when shaken. Also, I used this once and my cookies almost burned. I should have bought the other Wilton cookie non stick tray but this was the same size and cheaper. Now I see why. Do not buy if you plan to bake cookies

Was good until it wasn't...
This worked well for over a year and then inexplicably started warping right when I put it in the oven. Not great when you have two quiches on it… Frustrating to now have to pitch it.

RACKS ARE NOT FOR OVEN USE
Why wouldnt you make it abundantly clear that these are cooling racks and that they not for use in the oven? Just bought the set to use with my spatchcocked turkey and now I have to go back and get oven-safe racks!

To prevent burning...
So I noticed a lot of people commenting about their cookies being burnt. I did not have this issue because I adjust my baking times based on the color of baking sheets. Dark baking sheets cook faster, which is why so many people are getting burnt cookies. Dark sheets absorb heat faster. I bake 2 minutes less when I cook on darker sheets. My cookies came out the same as they do on my older sheets.

I wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this pan because you can bake so many cookies at one time but everything I've cooked on here so far has burned. I have 8 cookie sheets, and I used them all this Christmas making cookies, and this was the only one that burned them every time. Dinner rolls burned. Even french fries burned on this pan while being raw in the middle. I do love it for other things, but I won't cook on it again. Shame because I wanted to get a few more.

I use this in a very unconventional way & I love it. I hand wash a lot of dishes and my dish drainer often is over flowing. I put a towel under the racks and this works great for drying cups. When I don’t need it, it’s easily stored. Then I can also use it to cool cookies and / or letting battered foods sit before going into the oil. Washes your like a dream. I’ll be buying another one. It’s huge & can be used for many things!!
