A: Hi Cheryl, here is some information on our nonstick bakeware. • Wilton does not use Teflon non-stick coatings. • Wilton does not use any non-stick coatings manufactured by DuPont. • Wilton coatings have no intentionally added BPA, Lead, Cadmium, PFOA or PTFE • All Wilton non-stick coatings are safe up to 450 degrees F unless otherwise specified on product labeling All of our products are thoroughly tested and verified to meet applicable laws and regulations. A: Hi Sherry56666 - Wilton Ultra Bake Professional bakeware is dishwasher safe, however, to keep pans performing their best do not use dishwasher detergent tablets as the concentrated cleansers will damage the finish. Also avoid cleaning with abrasive cleansers or scouring pads, we recommend using only those products which are labeled “safe for cleaning non-stick surfaces. For best results, hand wash in wash in warm, soapy water before first and after each use.

The cleanup was easy just wash ,rinse ,and dry. I like the fact that I could also use this pan to make meatloaf, a small casserole, and I also used the pan to make me a small snack of three cookies. It is non-stick so I did not have to use butters, oil, or flour to keep my cake, meatloaf, and cookies from sticking. This is an excellent product to add to your baking or cooking collection.

I made cinnamon sticks for the family and they baked so well in my new pan. A quick scrub and rinse made it all new again and ready for the next bake.

I made brownies to test it out, and nothing stuck, the brownies were perfect and delicious, it almost looked spotless before I even washed it, no scrubbing required. I decided to make a cake to see if it was truly non-stick. The recipe said to grease the pan and line it with parchment paper. I did none of this. The cake came out of the pan easily and cleaned up easily. This truly is a non-stick pan!

Usually, when I bake brownies, there is some sticky residue left in the pan that needs to soak for a while before being cleaned. That was not the case with this pan. The brownies slid out with ease and left no residue. I highly recommend this product!

The oven was set to 375 and cooked with ease. I'm sure it will cook at higher temps. The pan itself was heavy, solid, and will be very durable for the years to come.
