The lather was good enough, but, once wet, the smell turned into a mix of generic hotel soap and a fishy smell. Maybe I got a bad batch, but every time I started to use this, I would get an unpleasant whiff from the lather. When dry, the bar of soap smelled great and like coconut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Yardley London Creamy Coconut Nourishing Bath Bar has a nice light coconut scent that does not overwhelm the senses. When using this bar of soap it is effectively cleansing the skin and has a very generous lather.

I absolutely love the scent of the coconut (anything coconut is a yes from me), it’s not overpowering but not too faint. I recommend getting a soap dish or hanging something in the shower if you are using it in the shower to hold the soap! Overall great!

I'm familiar with Yardley because their scents are always a hit, but I am disappointed in it's functionality. I found the Bar to be drying and more of a mask of perfume than a functioning Bar of soap to clean myself with. If used as a perfume after a proper cleansing Bar of soap, I see use for such a product. Otherwise, it's only really a great product to smell nice

I feel like the Yardley soap makes just as creamy of a lather as Dove does. I like the more petite shape of the Yardley bar, it makes it easy to hold and handle in the shower. I also really love the coconut smell of this bar. It’s nice and subtle. I find that after you rinse it off, your skin is left more with the squeaky-clean feeling rather than the hydrated feeling that Dove gives. I prefer a more hydrated feel, but that’s personal preference. Overall, the Yardley soap is a good option for a bath bar!
