I've been taking the product now everyday six tablets a day then really hadn't taken enough for it to get into my system sorry about the product again just to see what it's going to do if it's not working then I'll leave you negative message but right now can't be determined

I have used youth theory 4 women for years now but studying the men's ones day out of curiosity I found it has a better ing than women fo ti. It helps with hormones. Study it up for yourself ladies. but I'm hooked. Glad I noticed !!

I read that taking this supplement with Vitamin C and/or Biotin will help so I've been taking Vitamin C with it. It must be working since my hair and nails are growing faster. It's worth a shot to see if it helps you.

I was not able to notice a difference right away, but people around me did say that my face is looking more slimmer. That could be due to the exercise I was doing or the pills. Not sure. All in all it could not hurt if you are trying to change your lifestyle.

It's kind of tedious to take that many a day and for that reason i prefer capsules. I take 2 with a glass of water at my 3 main meals. I have noticed less pain in my elbow. I suffer from tendonitis and it has lessened the pain and increased mobility. My nails are growing faster and seem stronger. (I'm a nail biter). I haven't experienced any increased hair growth other than normal. But im ok with that. I will purchase another bottle. I am a 50 yearold fairly active Male. I have nonot experienced any side effects and they are gentle on my stomach. lha

I do have to take with food and not on a empty stomach which I have to do with all pills. My skin definitely improved over the month. Felt more full and some of my dark spots have begun to fade. Will continue to use as I am happy with the results so far.

I found it difficult to remember to take the tablets through out the day, and annoying to take six tablets at once, especially given the large size of the tablet. (I already take several prescription medications per day). The bottle included just over 26 days of pills. This was not enough time for me to see a noticeable difference.

I've been taking it for a month and can't say that I'm seeing any noticeable changes (although it's maybe too early), but if collagen helps this has it and should help. It's slightly annoying to have to gulp down 6 pills a day, they also aren't smooth so it's difficult to swallow multiple at once.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out all the benefits to this supplement. Not only has it helped my hair, and nails grow stronger & longer, but it has taken away my foot pain! I read up on this, as I wasn't aware of this when I purchased the Collagen, and found out that the collagen aids in the development of new skin tissue, which is great for my feet! I would highly recommend this supplement.

Mind you, I didn't have any issues before taking them, but my joints would ache from time to time now that I'm getting older. I haven't had any of those aches for the past two and a half weeks since I started taking the pills. So I think these are helping with that. I haven't really seen a difference in my hair growing quicker or my fingernails, but that might happen in the future. I'm going to keep taking them and see how I feel. I'd recommend these if you have aches in your joints and want some relief.
