Horrible Tasting
I am assuming it provides antioxidant the protection resveratrol is supposed to provide. However, the taste of the capsules could probably gag a maggot. Not pleasant taking it. They should coat the capsules to mask the horrible taste.

Just so-so
I really don't see or feel a difference. I have as much energy and my skin nails and hair haven't changed in the month and a half that I've been taking it. I don't think I'll order again once I'm done with it.

Good for low level support
This is a product for long term support. I do not see any result now but expect long term health support. This is one of those supplements you take based on the science.

Lots in one serving!
Feeling great like i am doing good for myself - the price was right- my dad took these he lived to be 87- I have the same plans along with a lowfat diet and moderate exercise...love Swansons...for convenience and service and lots of info on the web and in catalogs.
