This chewable tablets help my son relax and have a good sleep. The packing is so cute and small and the box explains perfectly what the product is for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most days my son is a great sleeper but every once in a while he sits in bed and stares at his ceiling, too excited about his day to get some rest. We had an evening like that a few days ago so we tried these out. He enjoyed the flavor saying they were like Smarties candies. Within twenty minutes he was peacefully drifted off to dreamland. He woke up in the morning at the normal time feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the new day. These are very effective and we will continue to use them as needed. I don’t recommend every day use however as people can get dependent on melatonin if overused. But on days where it’s a struggle to get that sleep these are a lifesaver!

It’s a tiny chewable tablet. This particular one is grape flavor which my kids are not big fans of, but they did like that the size was small so they didn’t have to chew long . It did help calm my girls down and get good sleep

It's a cute little bottle that fits well in your hand instead of a huge bottle for a tiny amount of pills. My 4 kids really loved the natural grape taste. I give them to my kiddos after dinner so once bath time and teeth brushing are out of the way they are ready for sleep. I have one child in particular that never sleeps through the night and on nights she is super wired I give her one and she sleeps so much better. I definitely think these work on nights we use them!

This works very well and I love how it has all natural ingredients in it. Sometimes she is very restless and giving one of those helps to soothe her and calm her down. The price is also good for this product. I will continue to purchase this product for her when I need it!

My kids love the grape flavor, they eat the whole thing and don’t spit them out like other ‘medicines’. Within 30 mins of them taking one tablet they are snoring. Will definitely be adding these to our night time routine AS NEEDED.

She doesn’t sleep right away but within 10 minutes it works. She sleeps for about 10 hours and wakes up in a great mood.

My daughter is on the spectrum and these help her calm down and get a good night rest when she’s overstimulated. She loved the taste and had great flavor (and she’s picky) Small and compact packaging so I can take it in my purse. And not that expensive. Overall recommend!

I like to think they worked but my child wasn’t too enthused with the flavor for some reason. Maybe it’s the texture being chalky but definitely still a very useful assist.

My child did say it didn’t taste very good. At first I didn’t see any results but after using few nights of use I started to see better results. My child was more sleepy and ready to go to bed. They do work with consistent use.
