My sickness lasted the same as my kids sickness so I don’t think it made much of a difference if I’m being honest. It taste not great and reminds me of a flavored alka seltzer. The packaging is small and easily available to put in a small bag. Because I can’t see the difference in my self I can’t say this was a great value.

Of course, within a few weeks of receiving it, I started to feel the symptoms of a head cold coming on so I was able to start a course of this treatment. these are quick dissolve tablets meant to shorten the duration of and the severity of a cold virus. They are predominantly made of zinc. You are meant to take one at the onset of your symptoms, and then repeat every 2 to 3 hours until you begin to feel some relief. I don’t know what my cold symptoms would have become. Had I not tried this strategy, but I will say that within a couple of days I felt as if I had never been sick. I did not go on to have more severe cold symptoms, so perhaps this was a successful treatment! I can say that, as far as taste, these are somewhat like baby aspirin, a fruity, mostly orange flavor, not unpleasant at all. They do dissolve in your mouth without having to chew. I did follow with a full glass of water each dose. I would be willing to try these again if needed!

Shame on me for not reading the ingredients before using (I trusted that a homeopathic remedy would be "all natural") and this elderberry formula has red and blue dyes in it. And the original formula uses yellow dye. We don't want or need this colored!
