Ziploc Freezer Half Gallon Bags - 40ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work really well. I have tested these for a few days now with some turkey burgers and so far I have not seen any frost get in. I have had products in the past get frost bitten from "freezer" ziplocs so I am unsure how these will hold up for a longer period of time. For a couple weeks though I can see these being a great option for quick freezer storage. Easy tocjust stick food in ,zip and store.

Plain and simple, these bags are some of the TOP bags you could buy! Some of my reasonings for that belief: Size: *Half Gallon Ziploc bags are the BEST size for *most* circumstances* while smaller and larger bags have their uses, this size is great to always have for the largest range of applications. Also, THESE ARE MICROWAVE SAFE! Freezer Quality: The freezer quality of these is just generally preferable. Being more freezer resistant for freezer burn is a large advantage to have! QUALITY: The Ziploc brand’s quality stands above. The are essentially leak PROOF, and unlike their competitors, the action of zipping the bag shut is seamless, quick, and certain. (I HATE off brands when you think you zip them shut only to have to try multiple times to get it right…). I LOVE how these bags can sit open & upright, so convenient and user friendly!! ============ The price of these was fair for the quality, flexibility, and amount you receive. Something like 12c/bag. If that price point is fair to you, then I don’t see any reason NOT to have these in your bag collection, as the amount of situations these could be used for, in combination of the aforementioned quality, is the reason I would consider these TOP TIER for bagging needs. Please try them if you haven’t already. 1/2 gallon bags are less common then the Snack, Sandwich, Quart, and Gallon sizes, but they have earned their place in my pantry!! 🛍️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love using them to help organize items, especially sets of toys with small pieces or puzzles. It helps make the toy room neat and allows us to eliminate bulky box packaging. For food, it allows my food to store and freeze fresh. The material is thick to where it won’t rip, and I know the seal is tight. I love that these will stand on their own once though start filling them.

We often use Ziploc bags not only for food but also for other items that may leak or just need to be contained in one spot. These are a great in-between size of the freezer quart size and the freezer gallon size. I love that the bottom is flat. This makes it oh so easy to pour soups, rice, or anything else without worrying about it completely falling over. A+ on these bags Ziploc!

It seal tightly and I am happy to say no freezer burn. Other baggies like this tend to unseal in the freezer and then the food is ruined. The bags are quite long which is great for large pieces of meat.

The zip lock works great as long as you don't fill them up too much. For plastic bags, they can take a good beating in and out of the freezer. They last a good ole long time.

I always have baggies on hand . These half Gallon bags I really like because sometimes little baggies are to small but Gallon size is to big so these work perfectly for things that range half ways. The bag has a good thickness to it so you don't have to worry about things being to heavy. The opening has 2 layers so when you close the seal you don't have to worry about leaking. You can even microwave these! These are stand and fill so it's easy to fill it up! Depending on what you use them for you can clean and reuse!

So I love plastic baggys. I always have them at the house and always take gallon and sandwich baggys when we travel. I have surprisingly never had half gallon baggys, or not that I can remember. These are so convenient!! I love gallon baggys because they hold so much, but these are almost just as good or as good in their own way because they are the same width, so still plenty big. I’ve used them for boiled chicken to store in the fridge and for some frozen sweet potato tots in the freezer. They seal well and easily. I really love this size, so versatile!!
