Although I only do what I call light workouts the bands are especially useful to me because I can use them anywhere and they store easliy without taking up a lot of space. They seem to be of good quality. My son, who does a much more intense workout than I do tried them out & said the grip was good and although he doubled the bands he was able to get a good workout. I didn't get any instructions at all with the set. I would have liked to see all the options for use and different exercises illustrated. It would be great if a link were provided to show an instructonal video for this set. That being said my son showed me different workouts I could do beyond what I already knew. I am pleased with the set.

You can either combine them or use it individually depending on how you like your exercise. You don't feel it is going to ripped of and hit you It is really well made.

So i need Some equipment to get my muscles used to the gym routine i want to go back to. These bands are great. There are 4 resistance strengths and they all do pretty well. I'm not used to these bands, so it's still a bit scary stretching them out so much. Even though I have them secured in place. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. But, that's typically normal with a lot of gym equipment, so whatever.

All comes inside a nice carry bag ( great for storage). The bands are certainly not pro grade, but are good quality. Handles are comfortable when using. Great addition to my home gym!

So we have been looking for a set of resistance bands to add into the workout mix. This ZIVA set was perfect for our needs! It came neatly folded in a nice bag which is also great for storage. The bands come in various degrees of resistance which is great for different parts of the body. The handles are also easy to attach and detach as needed. This is a great starter set and highly recommend!

These bands have a better quality in terms of materials and finish. The Handles are the best. They have a nice grip and are very light. I enjoy working out in this resistance set. The only con is that the different levels can be identified by the letter on the band, I prefer a different color so it is easy to grab a band when you are working out. Overall, a good quality product.

He uses these more than I do and we both love them! I am not a fan of free weights so decided resistance bands would be the best alternative for me. I was not wrong! This set is great for people who don’t want free weights or don’t have room for them in their home. I love that it comes with different resistance options that will allow me to progress and I can see this set lasting a long time for us.

However, the weight that it claims to be is definitely not true. They say that the bands are equivalent to 10 lbs, 20 lbs, 26 lbs, and 40 lbs. I tried each one and they definitely felt significantly lighter and lower resistance than what they claim to have. That was super disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got these bands for when I travel as a lightweight, portable option to pack in my carry on bag. During the week, I typically workout 3-5 times with 30lb - 40lb dumbbells at instructor led, outdoor bootcamp style workouts. These four bands are listed having 10, 20, 26, 40 lb (L,M,H,X) of resistance , but that does not seem to be the case. The "heaviest" "X" 40lb band seems to be more like 20 lb of resistance. Likewise, the 26lb "H" band barely provides 15 lb of resistance. The 20 lb "M" band seems to provide much more that 1/2 the resistance of the 40 lb "X" band. As a result, I have to double up on bands to get anything approaching the resistance equivalent to using a 30-40lb dumbbell set. The set is compact and comes with a storage bag, which was nice. The clips for the handles to attached to the bands seem a bit flimsy, though. This makes me wonder how long they'll last, especially if I am doubling up the bands to provide enough resistance. It also would have been nice if the set came with some instructions on how to use the bands and a few basic exercises, but the documentation was very lacking. I've used bands before, so I understood how to use the attachments and know a lot of exercises, but beginners might not. All-in-all, not a bad set if your starting out, but I would not recommend it for serious, heavy use.

They are simple to switch out the handles as well as put a stationary point on so they cae used almost anywhere. They also come with a bag so you can keep all together. I definitely would recommend these to others!

They are easily interchangeable to increase/decrease the resistance. It helps with stabilizing muscles and provides for a change-of-pace when working out.

First off this is a basic set that comes with everything you need to start working out with the four bands right out of the box. You have a 10lb (marked L), 20lb (marked M), 26lb (marked H), and 40lb (marked X) bands and they feel to be exactly in the stated weight range, two handles, a door anchor, and two ankle straps. The bands are easy to use and provide a great, quick workout! Oh and they come in a small mesh bag so portability and storage is super easy as they take up very little space-weight. These are great quality and easy to use resistance bands! Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these because when I realized I was almost 30 I decided ok it's time to get my life together and be a little bit healthier but I find it hard to set a side time to go to the gym these give me the option to get a quick work out just about anywhere and they work great I usually use 3 of them to get my desired resistance and when I'm done I just out it all back in the carrying back that came with it oh and the handles are soft and make for a comfortable grip

In between my gym time I use these to help keep me toned and ready for my next performance. I like that I have options and the package comes with everything I need to get a quick workout in. They can slap you if not used correctly so becareful. this is not a product flaw by any means but more so a misuse of product by user haha. I will buy more to amp up my work out sessions and overtime increase my gains. Great brand and would recommend.
