ZWILLING Pro 9-pc Knife Block Set

Product is very solid. Balanced and easy to handle. Very sharp and they hold an edge for a long time. Very diverse set with most of the common knives needed around the kitchen. My one and only complaint is the block itself. With this design, it is very difficult to remove the longer knives if the block in under cabinets. I like to have my block against the wall so that I have as much available counter space as possible. The slanted block would be much better in most cases. They should offer an alternative block when purchasing this set.

Love it. Great set, all the knives are well-balanced and super sharp. And there's room in the block for additional knives, which we added as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are beautiful, very well made and extremely sharp. I love to cook so these knives make the preparing foods a lot easier. I also purchased the 7 inch fillet knife and 6 inch chopper/cleaver when I bought the set. I love the fillet knife for making cutlets and skinning cantaloupe. I haven’t tried the 6 inch cleaver yet but can’t wait to cut up a chicken with them. The only thing I don’t like about the block set is the block itself as it doesn’t hold my fillet knife upright- it sits in the block at an angle. I’m going need a bigger block to accommodate the chopper I purchased. I would definitely recommend the pro series knives
