Kits commonly include basic mounting hardware such as hooks, adhesive tape and nails. Full outdoor or commercial combos may also ship with steel cable, poles, clamps, bases and an instruction manual to simplify setup.

Many consumer curtain light sets are designed to be linked together—for example, some fairy curtain lights allow up to five sets to be connected. Smart curtain lights may offer integration with other lights for synchronized displays or DIY expansion modes. Always check the product specifications for the exact number of connectable sets and whether linking supports both power and control.
