This was the second time I ordered, the first order came with 4/12 completely shattered and unusable. This time 2 out of the 12 were just slightly cracked at the top. They ship only stacked in a box with no added padding on the sides to prevent breaking so you're definitely playing a game of roulette.

This is a top organization component in my home. They are the perfect size for toys and for my craft room. Poorly Made Totes!
These Sterile totes look good but they are cheaply made. I bought these to organize my classroom. Many were cracked when they shipped to me. Sterile needs to make a better quality product. PERIOD! I called to inquire about the damaged ones and the explanation I got was ‘they are shipped on “ big pallets” when they leave the warehouse, they are not cracked.’ As a consumer, I made a purchase and expect my merchandise to arrive the same way it left the warehouse. Very disappointing! Because these totes are NOT cheap!

Lower quality than old ones
I purchased these bins because my mom has the same ones. Hers are from quite a few years ago. The modern ones have lids that don't snap on as well and pop off easily. In addition, 4 of the 24 bins came broken. This gives me concerns about how durable they will be for the long run. Regarding the broken ones, I went to the local Target to request replacements for those 4 bins, but they said they could not do that since I purchased online. To get a refund, the online system said I would need to return all 24 bins to the store, or ship them back.

Maximum Men's size 11.5 will Fit
The largest shoes that will fit are meqn's size 11.5 sneakers. My dress shoes and a few pairs of sneakers were too long to fit. If you wear a size 12, don't buy 6 qt.
