    I already did the B-50

    Swansons super stressed B complex plus C is something I take every day.

    This is a staple I take this every day, even if I don’t take anything else, and Swanson’s Spirulina. When I had carpal tunnel syndrome, really bad my holistic doctor recommended doubling B vitamin complex. Within three days, I had complete relief of my carpal tunnel in my wrists.

    Works wonders for chronic anxiety.

    I've found that this formula makes a huge difference in reducing and maintaining my chronic anxiety. I'd rather take this daily than addictive pharmaceuticals. As a licensed holistic/alternative medicine Doc, I also recommend this to my own patients suffering from anxiety.

    A Good B Complex with Vitamin C

    I had stopped taking a B complex and just ordered these and will continue to take a B Complex; (I don't know why i stopped)....but it seems to be helping already. I like the added Vitamin C as well.

    Synthetic!

    I’ve been doing research on supplements and have found that most of the B vitamins in this B complex are synthetic! We will no longer be purchasing this and have found an alternative.

    Relieves Stress!

    Husband’s company is doing so many changes that leaves him stressed out. Tossed and turned at night thinking about next day’s work.     Bad. Buy another brand.

    Agree with another user that the shelf life is terrible!! Maybe it’s mold? I opened one capsule up to see if it was air pockets creating the dark speckles, but nope. These are BAD! Waste of money.

    Headache Cure & other benefits

    This is the perfect replacement for pain pills like ibuprofen an Advil. If I have a headache, I take one of these and it’s gone within 30 minutes. Not only is it a wholistic replacement for OTC pain medicine, vitamin b helps relieve stress and anxiety and so much more!

    Great buy

    I like 1 capsule of this with breakfast. It works well with Alpha Lipoic Acid, plus I like the 500mg of vitamin C. 240 capsules goes a long way. I do like to store in fridge.

    These are great, but buy a smaller bottle. In the large bottle, you can't get through them fast enough before they start turning dark colors, speckled and smelling strange. The B Bioavailability in a small bottle is better.

    Something Wrong with Its Shelf Life

    Grayish & black specks appeared inside capsules within 2 weeks of opening it. A month into opening product the specks had multiplied...not good as product did work well for me, but good bad very, very quickly before you can even finish the bottle. A total waste of money.
