Rutin helps with cravings and vein health

First, I LOVE Swansons! Great products and service. The Rutin surprised me. I’d heard it helped control cravings, but discovered my varicose veins DRAMATICALLY improved. I did some research and found it’s used in Russia and Europe to strengthen veins and heal varicose veins. Whoopie! My doctor had recommended “stripping” my veins (painful and they just reoccur) which not a cure. The Rutin IS a cure! And, btw, my cravings were also reduced.

Excellent, my husband has taken Swanson’s Rutin for several years...to strength his capillaries. It was recommended to him from a Dr. who had come to the US in the late 1940’s.

This product is wonder! Has been used in my family for 50 years. As stated in the title, strengthens veins so they are less likely to burst.

Necessary nutrient

Many years ago, my mom came across an article about rutin and how it was a powerful antioxidant and also aided the assimilation of vitamin C. That's when I began and have taken it since. At this point, I am pretty convinced and it is a standard with me and my husband.

Capsule Size Changed from 500mg to 250mg!!!

2017: Label remains the same as before so all older reviews are suspect. This can be an excellent and inexpensive product to take. The 500mg capsule was not large. Pricing now is very close to branded products. Please click 'yes' if this was helpful so others can see it as well.

Big surprise
