Great Product That Works Well For Me

I use potassium gluconate to help with my heart health and to help me maintain healthy blood pressure levels. I think it does a great job. I take just one every day and I have also noticed I don't get muscle cramps the way I used to, and If I do get a muscle cramp it is not a intense. I am a long time Swanson user and I would and do recommend them to friends and family often. You can't beat their quality and value.

For ACHING Muscles, Not CRAMPS.

Works great for aching muscles. Use Magnesium for cramps. Many people need mega-dosage levels of potassium and magnesium for their level of activity.

Swanson Potassium Gluconate is fantastic!

I’ve been taking Swanson’s Potassium Gluconate for a few months now, and it’s honestly been great. I really appreciate that the pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a weird aftertaste or upset my stomach, which I’ve struggled with using other brands. I take this everyday, helps my heart,and that I don't retain fluid,sleep better.i have tried other brands but I always come back to Swanson's, I find their products more effective and pure.i am pleased with what I buy and think the company can be trusted with what they sell.

no cramps

I take the potassium gluconate tablets twice a day. if I don't take them, I sometimes get bad leg cramps in the middle of the night. As long as I take the tablets no cramps. No side effects from taking the tablets. Consider them to be a good buy and effective purchase.

Great for Body Building

Enough cannot be said about the benefits of potassium. I used this potassium years ago during my body building competition. It worked great along with another Swanson product I used. It still works great today. Want to get rid of cellular wastes? Well....
