A big surprise for me -extra benefits I wasn’t expecting
It’s my favorite. This product actually helps me to not get up to pee as much during the night. And for some reason, if I take it in the morning as well, it seems to give me a little lift. I’m never without this supplement.

Do yourself a favor take it. My husbands psa went from nearly 8 to 4 in less than 8 months. A 80 plus year old female friend (had fluid on lungs and in the hospital) is, according to doctors, fully recovered.

GREAT PRODUCT / PRICE
I had read, elsewhere, of some studies that suggested this had very beneficial LONG TERM health benefits. Too soon to tell yet for sure but I will continue taking it. It is reasonably Swanson priced.

Sea Cucumber is a sea food, like clams or oysters superior to any isolated vitamin or mineral you can take. No matter, how many things science have isolated, they haven't even begun to tap into all the trace elements that nature puts into a whole food like this one to help you fully digest and assimilate it's goodness. So far, it helps my husband and I relax and sleep and to me, a good night sleep is the crux of true health.
