Great for JOINTS!

I have had these in my arsenal against joint pain, and seems they really help! All nutritional supplements take TIME to show effectiveness...with consistency you can tell if it will help. And go off a while and see if problem returns!

GOOD GLA SOURCE

GLA has been a popular / effective Essential Fatty Acid, especially for women / women's needs, since the 1960s that I know of. The reason that I have added this good GLA source to my nutritional supplement regimen is because I want to include all the valuable essential fatty acids in my nutritional program. Personally, I feel that essential fatty acids are extremely valuable to all parts of our complex body / brain. Most of the women that I've known to use GLA took 3 capsules once or twice daily, depending on their own particular needs and wishes. So I decided that this is a logical dosage, and that's what I take. This is a good product. I recommend it. Works for me.

Nice Product

I like GLA products with its many health benefits. So I decided recently to take Primrose and Black Currant seed oil. One Black Currant in the morning and one Primrose in the evening. I feel good about getting the GLA from different plants. The gel cap is small and easy to take. This product has quality ingredients.

Very effective

After a suggestion from a friend, I read up on it. When I saw all that is is good for, I started both my husband and myself on it. We had such good results, I recommended it to friends and relatives. This product was highly recommended to me by my health professional (alternative I must say). This is to maintain and extend ovaries life! Also helps with hot flashes - reduced to 90%. Best GLA over anything I'd taken so far!
