These have helped me get off using high dose melatonin for sleep. I now just take one Tart Cherry before bed and my sleep is improved. I also feel like it helps with muscle recovery after workout, even though that effect is very subtle.

Natural sleeping pill

Works very well. I used to buy organic tart juice and tried this product and I took a nap for a few hours after taking one. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why I was so tired until I remembered I took one pill to try it.I have a lot of joint pain and pain in general along with anxiety so it helps calm you, sleep as well as take pain away. I’m very surprised. Tart cherry will continue to be my favorite along with Swanson vitamins. You cannot beat these prices anywhere. excellent products. Supplements are very important if you can figure out the ones that you need.

Tart cherry capsules

I think it’s working. I was eating fresh cherries in the summer when they were in season. Cherries are a good pain killer. So I’m using the capsules from Swanson. I think it’s working.
