I’ve been taking this for years for cilantro is very healthy for , & I do eat cilantro with my family but I take more through this pill for it’s a great cleanser and great for digestion! Thanks

Cilantro is one of my staples..

this should be taken with chlorela and garlic for best effect in removing toxic metals from the central nervous system. I take it keep my iron at a safe level. I feel better for it.

Good All Around Herb

I use this mainly as a digestive aid but I know it also helps remove toxins. A bonus is the flavonoids and phytonutrients Coriander contains. I open a capsule and add it to my "green drink."

Heavy Metal Detox

Cilantro is a wonderful herb. Most people have heavy metals in their body and cilantro is the only herb that will remove them. I have taken cilantro every day for the last 1-1/2 years and feel much better. I think everyone should take it, just like salt and pepper.

Watch out for burps

I know that cilantro is a powerful part of a healthy arsenal of supplements. I take one of these a day, and I often burp up (ick) cilantro smelling burps after taking these. Also, the capsule sometimes gets stuck in my throat. However, the bother is minimal and I will continue to take these for the health benefits.

I prefer fresh cilantro, it is a healthy food. This is convenient if one doesn't have access to fresh. Organic would be nice....
