Excellent supplement

This is my favorite Flaxseed Oil. I have excellent joint health and shiny hair because of taking it. It also helps my body absorb the fat soluble vitamins and minerals from my food.

This is the only flaxseed oil that helps with my hot flashes. I take it one pill 3x's a day with meals and 1 more time before bed. It really helps keep me cool along with drinking decaf green tea through the day. I highly recommend.

These are good capsules.

I like the Flaxseed oil capsules so I can squeeze it into yogurt because the caps are too big to swallow. The package came prompt and well. I am satisfied! I would recommend these to others if you want to get the oil into your system.

very positive transaction

I wanted to get the omega 3 oils but I didn't want to eat the fish oil, the flax seed oil did the same thing as the fish but it was plant based.

Great product

I've been taking this Flaxseed Oil for about 20 years now. At age 84 I am still very active and in excellent health. I'm sure it has been helped by the flaxseed oil. Plus the cost of the Swanson product is very reasonable.
