BEWARE - CONTAINS CARRAGEENAN

I received a sample of this product and without even taking it, I'm already disappointed, and will not use. CARRAGEENAN is a suspected carcinogen. How is Swanson using this in its products? The sugars are bad enough, but carrageenan is the last thing I would expect to see in a product made by a health company. There are other, more natural thickeners out there that can be used instead. Why not change the formula?

Bad ingredients

I was excited to get a free sample of these gummies with my last order, however after seeing the ingredients and that they contain a "bioengineered food ingredient" they went in the garbage. You can do better Swanson!

A Swanson's brand containing artificial flavor and a BIOENGINEERED substance??? Swanson's gummies' main product is sugar -- maltose, dextrose, sugar. Read the labels.

Not ready for prime time

Well they say "you get what you pay for" in this case low price and high expectations. Swanson has usually good quality at a fair price . Well, no this gummy. Margenly better Zinic & C content then my usual Solaray version but amount of Elderberry ( um reason to buy) was lower and taste ... slight grape taste (same calorie) but not that bright taste of Elderberry. I know you guys can do better.

DO NOT BUY - Cap can make it impossible to open

Bad packaging. There’s a childproof cap that gets cross threaded and as far as I can tell is impossible to open then. Spent ten minutes on it and strained my wrist. I guess I’ll throw it in the garbage.

A delicious way to keep healthy. I take quite a few supplements so it’s nice to have the option of gummies to get that additional immune boost. Hide these if you have kids because these taste like candy and I have to resist not having more than the recommended amount!
