    Still trying

    Would probably have given it 5 stars, except that the size of the capsules makes it very hard not to choke on them. A competitor has capsules of normal size that I took 2 times/ day. Thought it would be easier to take a capsule once daily; I was wrong....

    Convenience vs. Cost

    I have used the separate supplements for several years. This is the first time I have used this mixture. It appears to be the same. I suppose price per dose will be the determining factor.

    Prostate Support

    This is OK. I have used unextracted saw palmetto, pygeum with pumpkin seed oil which works best for me. Trips to the bathroom stay around 1-2 per night.

    works for me

    I have tried a few products over the years. This formula seems to work for me. I find that 2 softgels a day is effective. I am looking to replace because of price.as each bottle only lasts 15 days.

    No more bladder infections

    My husband has been taking it quite a while now. He has no more problems getting up at night to urinate or not being able to urinate. He also has had no more bladder infections. As I do not take it am just watching from the outside, it seems to be working very well.

    Did not help much. Has not changed my requirement to get up and go to the bathroom twice each night thereby interrupting my hoped for 8 hours of sleep. Fortunately I get back to sleep quickly about 2 out of every 3 nites. Then again, I am 91 years old and have had this problem of an enlarged prostate for about 15 years now. I keep trying. I take it at the same time I take Pygeum, Prostene & Stinging Nettle (both Pilgrims Pride products) . any more ideas and Ill maybe give them a shot. Art Williams

    Products to improve bladder urine flow

    Saw Palmetto with Beta Sitosterol has been a very helpful supplement for improving urine flow through the prostate and the urinary track. It is consistently a good product. and I order it frequently.
