Hopeful
Just added this product to my daily supplements. My skin, hair and nails tend to dry out so I am hoping this helps.

I take this every day.
I take this every day and really notice the difference. I combine it with Swanson's Omega 7 Seabuckthorn seed oil.

Dry vs Oil Version
This may be an ok product but I've moved on to the more expensive fruit oil version of sea buckthorn because it's the oil that contains all the omegas in highest quantity. This uses the powdered dry residue left after the oil is extracted and IMO may not be as useful as the oil version for that reason. I find the oil version a very effective appetite killer as well as good for skin and hair. Judge for yourself.

I like the Oil form better
This product also comes in an oil form -- instead of the powder. I prefer the oil form -- it seems more effective.
