The tablets are really large--much

The tablets are really large--much larger than I was expecting. They have no taste or odor though, and are relatively easy to swallow for being so large. I bought this to take at the same time I take some iron tablets to increase my absorption. I like that there are no unnecessary chemicals in these tablets.

I like it

I didn't take vitamin C for last 5 years. I was thinking I eat food with a lot of it on regular basic. But I get older and I start having problems with a collagen production in my body. When I start take vitamin C I saw the different. I felt better. I think my skin and nails better, so it help with collagen. It is easy on my stomach (my stomach react on some vitamins).

It kept me from getting the worst of the illness. Honestly, felt better overall on the previous supplement.
