Each bladder leakage pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For light bladder leaks like drips and dribbles, use Depend Incontinence Shields for Men. I was skeptical at first, but these really surprised me. They’re discreet, stay in place well, and give solid protection without feeling bulky. I can go to the gym, work, or out with friends without worrying. The only downside is they can shift a bit if you’re super active, but overall, they’ve made life a lot easier.

He said they were very easy to put on and remove, and were comfortable and stretchy. The absorbance was great and he has not yet experienced any leakage. They do make noise sometimes during movement, but he is happy with them.

While the material is super absorbent I'm just going to say it does a good job at getting close to that 25x (didn't pull out a scale to weigh each one) however, we also did not leave him in dirty ones for long. These are stretchy but retain their shape well. They are easy to get on and off either on their own or with assistance (if needed). These did well and no one seemed to have any complaints about them.
