DIRTY RUG
Target doesn't wrap this rug in plastic so it will arrive filthy. When you call to swap it out, they tell you to return it back to the store yourself. They make it your problem and take no responsibility. Don't boother purchasing this $200 rug online to ship to your home since they don't take steps to protect this expensive rug.

FYI - rug delivered Nov 30th in the northeast with absolutely no wrapping. Both ends very dirty, could be grease could be just dirt. I don't think I will be able to get it clean but will try. Be aware if the rug is put on the ground during delivery it will arrive dirty. If not for method and manner of delivery would be a great product. As it is, I may not be be able to use it and don't have the time or ability to return it,

Beautiful rug, but it SHEDS like no one’s business. I have 2 kids and we all end up covered in lint/ pieces of the rug every day. We vacuumed it once and it is has areas pulling. We have only had it down for 2 weeks and it’s a nightmare but looks SO good. So mad

second time ordering after first had issues, same thing on 2nd. rug wasn't wrapped, looks used on edges like laid around the warehouse. the rig had a plastic line mid way on rig and it looks either faded or just so tight for so long you see a different pile.

Love this rug - in fact this is my second time ordering it. It lasted about two years in this high-traffic area in a busy home with kids and puppies. Caution - if you are truly wanting gray you may be disappointed. My floors and countertops are warm and this works great. I would call it natural with some blue variations. But who knows, maybe it pulls more gray in a different setting.

These rigs wets all over an airbnb we stayed in. They were in all the three different colors and different sizes. I immediately looked for a tag and seen they were from Target!
