Poor packaging for shipping
Sisal runner was rolled and tied but not completely covered. It was dirty apparently from the trucks or warehouse. Had dark grease colored marks on it. Should have been wrapped entirely in plastic. Bought it from a friend’s wedding registry and I’m going to have to return it. Glad I had it sent to me and not directly to the bride. C’mon Target. We expect better.

I was also charge more on my card than what I was supposed to be charged according to the app. This was my second time using the app and my second experience not getting what I ordered. In store staff was nice, but I will never use the app for purchase again

Love this rug EXCEPT it sheds a lot and it freys. As soon as I got the rug it had loose loops that stuck out 3 inches on top of rug. I trimmed them and the next day it happened again. It continued freying for several weeks. Just returned today!
