Why did you change the lid on caramel macchiato creamer?? The foil was much easier to remove, and the lid now is hard to open and hurts my thumb. It was perfect before. Why mess up a good thing? Please return to original design that I have used for years. Dropping 5 star to a three.

I don’t know what is happening to the creamer lately. It thickens in chunks. I’m disappointed. I thought it was a one time thing but every new bottle is the same. I’m going to look for a different brand now.

Bought the big bottle and opened it this morning and it’s was chunky around rim and when poured after shaken it still super chunky inside. This isn’t the first bottle I’ve bought like this, probably around the 4th or 5th over the span on a few years. I won’t be buying anymore. This is probably the worst creamer on the market now. Going to be switching brands and not trying to buy this ever again hoping it’s better. So disappointing.

Ever since the company got bought by Danone, the hijinx and gaslighting hasn't stopped (gross rotten expired product bottled up with a "good" sell by date, brown slime, etc etc.) It truly sucks. ID FV used to be the highlight of my day. Yesterday the lady on the phone basically acted like I was imagining the drastic watering down, no vanilla whatsoever smells like elmers glue chemical sh show that they bottled up in the "new" bottle. It's so disgusting. it tastes cheap like that gmo garbage coffeemate. yuk. Now I'm completely out of french vanilla creamer options because I've tried them all even making my own. They changed the recipe obviously to save money and took down a legend of a creamer. The only good things is I'll prob lose weight not drinking oil everyday. Mmmm nope ID. Mmmmm bye.

This creamer surprised me. I was skeptical. It wasn't too sweet in my opinion. If it is for you then I would just use less, maybe mix it with some unsweetened cream. It definitely tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. If you want your coffee to taste like that then I would highly recommend.
