    I love it but...

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the carpet, it feels amazing and has okay thickness to it. However, when the rug arrived it was NOT covered or wrapped in plastic. It was folded in half instead of rolled. So after spreading the rug, it still had creases that just seem to go flat due to the extended period of it being folded in half. Other than that, it looks great.

    Beautiful rug that looks great with our new sofa-loveseat and Southwestern theme. Like it more and more every day. Still a lttle curled at the edges from being rolled up and will need to get a pad for our tile floor but overall very pleased.

My only issue had to do with packaging and not the rug so I did not rate it lower. I bought 2 9X12 rugs and instead of folding them separately, they were folded together and it was an absolute nightmare to unpackage them. Please never do this again

    Not as pictured

The rug in the kitchen is just as pictured with the cream colored background. The rug in the dining area is completely white in the background color and a mirrored image of the kitchen rug.
