  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. Below you will find tips on how to flatten out your rug: You can reverse roll the rug and let it sit for 24 hours before laying it flat on the floor. Curled or folded edges can be gently worked out by bending them in the opposite direction and then weighing them down with a heavy book or object. To flatten stubborn edges, use rug grippers or anti-slip tape to adhere the rug to the floor. You can also pull gently on the edges to help smooth out any creases. Creases should disappear within a few days.

    Warped and won’t lie flat

The rug has been on the floor for over a week with weights to try toFlatten it but it was stretched or something before it arrived, so it will not lie flat no matter what and is a tripping hazard.     Very pretty but . . .

    In general it would be helpful if colors in a rug were listed (as other websites do). The only color listed was beige. I thought the dark stripes were black from the pictures (not navy). Simply listing the colors would've been so helpful . I'm now returning the rug simply because I wanted black, not navy. Very disappointed because I love the rug and was so excited to receive it.

    A whole foot shorter than the description states

    It’s a nice enough rug. Doesn’t want to lay flat even with heavy duty carpet tape. The thing I’m annoyed about is that it is 10x12, not 10x13 as advertised. I paid a nice chunk of change to get a 10x13 rug pad (because it’s such an unusual size) and it didn’t fit. Why can’t the description just be honest?

    Great rug - a little thin

    Just like the description says. The color of the rug is just like the picture, the texture is soft and nice to the touch. The only downside is that without a premium rug pad (which is what we got) it would’ve felt like you’re walking/sitting or bare floor. It’s very thin compared to what we are used to. Otherwise we really like it!

My only gripe is that in-person, the striped sections is more of a dark, royal blue than it is black (as it appeared on the website). Because it is such a deep blue, it is hard to notice.
