    Will not flatten

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is soft but it arrived rolled and folded in half. This created an almost permanent seam on the rug. I have had books and weights trying to smooth it out for weeks. I tried rolling it the opposite direction and nothing will flatten this rug. This is the first time I’ve ever received a rug from Rugs USA that was rolled and FOLDED?!

    As Expected

    Great rug, exactly as pictured, especially the close up pic, lending to the blue in the rug! Super soft!!! The only issue to speak of, is what everyone else is saying, and that's how hard it is to get the wrinkles out of the rug. Because it comes bent, in a box, after it's rolled, the creases down the middle are a bit outrageous. Wish it would come shipped not bent, but I imagine since we got the 10x13, space in trucks is limited, so they have to.
