I was hesitant to give this a try but after feeling hot all the time and then cold suddenly at all hours of the day, I decided to give Embr Wave 2 a chance and am I glad I did! It's easy to use and helps more than I thought possible. It's not like I'm walking into a refrigerator but the cooling sensation works to lower my body temperature and I find myself missing it when I take it off. Battery is lasting longer than expected and although I don't like the band it came with, it's a personal preference and there are other options that I can choose.

I don’t do reviews but- I have had this for 6 months and I don’t go more then a few hours of charging without it. I rave to anyone and everyone how amazing this product works for not just my hot flashes but any temperature assistance I need. Night or day. Battery life is amazing charge time is barley notable because of how little it actually needs to charge. So thankful I came across this early in my menopause and will use it till I can’t use it no more.

Save your time and money. Doesn't work as advertised. I tried all of the cooling sessions over time as suggested without relief. The unit tends to overheat when using for the longer nighttime sessions so it feels hot while it's supposed to be cooling and needs cool off time before continued use. I really wanted this to work and kept it too long to return - so I'm stuck with it.

Hey there, we're very sorry to hear you haven't been loving your Wave. When you use it for cooling, it is normal for the device to release some of the heat that is being pulled away from your skin, and this can be more obvious if you've run multiple cooling sessions or if the device is covered by a sleeve or a pillow, for example. if All Night cooling isn't doing the trick, we'd highly recommend trying a Fall Asleep session when you go to bed. Then, if you program Fall Asleep (or your favorite cooling mode) as a Preset, you'll be able to activate it by just pressing the button if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night. (The 7- to 9-hour sessions are kind of like a marathon for your Wave, so it is having to work a lot harder compared to something like a Fall Asleep session, which will get you stronger cooling and less chance of overheating.) if you feel like your Wave isn't functioning properly, please reach out at embrlabs.com/contact so we can troubleshoot or get you a replacement!

I got this as a birthday gift. It works great on 30 minutes or 10 minutes. When I run the embr wave 2 on 30 minutes it seems like I don't feel it after awhile regardless where I have the settings and as it runs I will sometimes have a hot flash while it's on. That sometimes is frustrating.

We've created a library of customizable thermal modes for different needs and situations--because sometimes you might want something more intense and other times, you might want something less distracting to keep things calm in the background. If you're finding the longer sessions aren't quite what you need, we recommend choosing something short as a Preset so you can quickly access your favorite mode by pressing a button and don't need to open up the app every time to "replay" it!

This has changed my life! I sleep better, I wear it at work and stay cool. And also show it to many of my customers. I rave about the EMBR!!! I wish all people with “the sweats” had one. Bought one for my mom too. She’s just getting used to it.And I feel naked when I don’t have it on. I willl continue to keep promoting the EMBR, as it is in my opinion the best purchase I’ve made!!!! And I use the warming at night for comfort, and no longer have night sweats (which is odd). But I cannot relax and doze off without it on. Love love love! Only wish there were more options for bands. I will be buying some accessories soon!!!

I've been using my wave 2 for about 2 months now, I love it! The membership is easy, I don't worry about much. The routines on the app are easy to use and customize but mostly I just use the buttons for a quick, discreet comfort shot. I use both the cooling and warming and both work well. This doesn't completely cool/warm you but it does ease things.
