So far, I love this bed frame! It wasn't difficult to put together, looks great, and I love that the headboard acts as storage! That's where I put the specific tool sent to put this bed together, which I knew I would lose!

This thing is solid and well built. Instructions are easy to follow. I just added a second frame for our guest bedroom and we love it.

The frame is very sturdy. The height is almost low enough for a 5'-0" person with some mobility issues. The fabric and stitching are beautiful. Excellent value.

Had it for 2 years every time you move the bed makes loud noises. I tried everything nothing seems to work I'm never buying from here again.

Wow.. wow.. wow.. Zinus, you guys got it right with your bed engineering. I was so impressed how all the pieces came packed in the headboard. And I got more “Wow-ed” as I started to assemble. So simple to assemble and the bed is so strong. I have no doubt that this bed will last forever. The fabric will wear out before the frame ever buckles or breaks.

I bought this bed two years ago. I am so satisfy with it that i am looking to buy another one with a highest head board. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their guality, when i bought it was not sure if it was as strong as what i was looking for specialy with the boards i was looking for the slap to be attached and not individual, since i had experience with some other kinds and was very disappointed as they broke one by one . I an my daughter was so happy with everything with the bed. Two years i have not had any problem is a very strong bed . I am looking forward to find anothe one. But trust this company their guality i give it a 10 excelent.

10/10 love everything from the ship time, to the assembly, to the quality. If I ever need another platform I'm ordering from the same company again! Now I don't normally write reviews, but this company started of well by getting this big shipment to me 2 days before it was expected to arrive. Now that's not a big deal if you live in somewhere like California, but I live out in the sticks of the Midwest so that's unheard of for us. When it came to assembly it was minimal hardware and everything just snapped together. The winning part to assembly is including a ratchet wrench instead of those cheap tools they normally give you. its not a Snap-On type tool, but still way more than I was expecting. My only complaint overall is really silly, but the plastic molds over the threads of the legs were tight so I had to use pliers to twist it off. Really silly and not really at fault of the company since I'm no he-man. Sleeping was also great because I have slept on platform beds that squeak and creak, but this did none of that. it was quiet, and I slept like a baby, but actually slept through the whole night.

Our first bed had to be returned because of a dark mark across the top of the beige velvet. That in itself was a frustrating situation to get it resolved. Our new bed has creases in the velvet headboard and a brown mark on one of the velvet bed sides. Overall a 3 star is what I feel is fair considering my experience with Zinus.

The upholstered king size headboard bed frame was delivered as described. Very sturdy and easy to put together. The instructions were very easy to read. Love how everything you needed to put the bed frame together was stored in the back of the headboard. Love the way it looks in my daughter's bedroom. I would this buy this again!

I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know how I felt about everything fitting in the headboard. But my boyfriend and I are SO happy with our choice. Very easy for us to assemble and the headboard is very soft to the touch and looks very elegant. It’s also very study!

I don’t normally assemble my furniture but this item arrived in 1 box so NEAT & Organized inside the headboard. CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, allen key included, and it even came with a special tool to make your life easier. Highly recommend. assembled in 30 minutes. heavy steel frame with plenty of slates.
