If it is opened to look at and then returned, Target will claim car seat is used and refuse to refund your money and refunse to return the car seat!!! Very poor customer service for a company I once liked. Now having to dispute with credit card company

Not user friendly
This is the least user friendly car seat I’ve ever used… and I’m a CPST. The seatbelt is one giant long strap so you move the seatbelt up, you have to disassemble the entire seat including the cup holder. I would not buy this again.

The straps never tighten evenly. They continually get twisted and it’s actually a pretty big car seat for rear facing in my Ford Edge SUV.

Do not buy if you will use as rear facing.
This seat is absolutely terrible for rear facing. It leans so far back that it has to sit in the middle seat or else it won’t fit. It looks super awkward too. I wish I hadn’t thrown out the box before I tried to install, because now I can’t return it. It looks like it would be great for forward facing though. Unfortunately for me, my daughter is only 2 and very little, so will be rear facing a few more years. So it was a waste of money for me.

Nice looking and doesn't take up a lot of room but the buckle does not buckle properly and will not tighten evenly. One strap tightens and the other is extremely loose. Will be returning. Not safe.

Cute and sleek
This carseat is cute and very discreet looking. Not bulky, not too many extra belts and straps etc.. however the installation is weird. My 2 year old is still rear racing, she is 26lbs so she obviously can not use the infant rear facing setting as it reclines back WAY too much for a 2 yesr old.... the TODDLER rear facing option .... is just unusable. The seat leans FORWARD to quite a degree making it impossible to strap a child into it, let alone the safety concerns it brings. I would def recommend this carseat for infants, or FORWARD FACING toddlers, the carseat sits amazing in place for those two settings. As for the rear facing toddler setting, it is useless do not buy.
