I thought my wife brought cotton-nelle home and I had the perfect joke because it got cotton-STUCK lol but it was this she bought. I had to go back to the store and get my preferred TP. There’s no way this is 3ply and my 2ply holds up way better and doesn’t get cotton-Stuck lol

I am a long time user and as with everything, price has increased - Since Target offerred the best price, I placed my order - However, for the first time ever, each and every roll was defective - ie: layers did not line up - so when you pulled the sheet off the roll, you were left with dangling layers; at least one roll was put together backwards, so the design was not visible and with this roll as well, the uneven layers and tearing existed. Bottom line - my alleged savings has cost me money - I don't know if this a manufacturing problem or Target is being sold these defective rolls - either way, I will not order this product from Target in the future.
