I purchased my water bottle March 2025. Pros plenty of color options, built in straw & drinking spout, handle folds down, flip top to cover the spout. Cons the built in straw doesn’t always stay put, the release button for the lid is a a bit difficult at times, and the worst is that ice melts within 6-8 hours. I gave it 3 stars because I’m not sure if I purchased a faulty product as this is my first Owala bottle. I don’t leave the lid open ever and I don’t use it daily so it’s not wear and tear. Only been hand washed never in the dishwasher.

This water bottle quickly dented and chipped and within a couple months the top broke. If you are trying to use stainless steel there are many more durable options out there.
