Fantastic immune support

This is the stuff that will really knock back a cold. If I feel a cold coming on, I take some and usually the cold disappears. If a cold has already come on, I take frequent doses of this and eat some fruit and vegetables. The cold is gone in a day.

Good product

Have been taking Host Defense Extract for over a year. I take the capsules when I travel as the extract has to be refrigerated. Taste is not too bad. I dilute it with a little water. Helps to prevent colds and flu.

Wasn't beneficial

This was most disappointing. I studied the effect of medicinal mushrooms and felt this would be beneficial. Alas, there were no improvements that were evident. Won't buy again.
